To Qualify

A Payne County Bank checking account in good standing is required in order to be approved for a Debit MasterCard.

Fees

Unlike many banks, we do NOT charge a fee for your use of your Debit MasterCard at merchant locations or any of the 9 PCB ATM locations. We will charge a fee for use of an ATM NOT owned by Payne County Bank.
